How we handle your order from artwork to packing
Good printing starts long before the press runs. We check your artwork, confirm sizing and advise on placement so the final garment prints cleanly and stays practical for use. If a file needs adjustment, our artwork coordinator helps prepare it for production. That matters when logos have fine lines, multiple colours or text that must stay sharp on different garment colours.
Once production is approved, our team moves through printing, drying, checking and packing in a set order. Sibusiso Ndlovu oversees production, while Willem Jacobs checks the finish before dispatch. Kagiso Molefe manages dispatch so orders leave on time and in the correct quantities. In summer, we also keep an eye on heat and humidity, because those conditions can affect drying and the final finish if a job is rushed.
