How to check your order status
The easiest way to ask about progress is through the enquiry form on our contact page. Include your name, company or school, order number if you have it, and the date you placed the order. That helps our team find your job quickly and tell you whether it is still in print, on the packing bench, or waiting for courier collection.
For most orders, we update the status at the main checkpoints rather than after every single production task. That keeps the information accurate and avoids confusion when a job is moving between artwork, printing, finishing and dispatch. If you have a deadline for an event in Bloemfontein, Thaba Nchu, Welkom or farther afield, mention it in your note so we can check timing against the production queue.
- Use the enquiry form on the contact page
- Include your order number or company name
- Tell us if the order is for a school, sports team or event
- Note any delivery deadline or collection date
Print progress stages you can track
Screen printing moves through a few clear stages. First we check the artwork and confirm the layout, sizes and colours. After that the job goes into print setup, then production, then quality checking. Bulk orders and mixed sizes may take longer because each print run has to be matched carefully to the garment count.
If your order includes uniforms or school apparel, we also check size sorting so each box is packed in the right sequence. This matters when a single order has learners, coaches and admin staff all on the same invoice. For sportswear and event shirts, colour matching can add time when a specific shade must be kept consistent across every carton.
- Artwork received and checked
- Print setup and colour confirmation
- Printing in progress
- Quality control and finishing
- Ready for packing
Packing status and what it means
Once printing is complete, your order moves to packing. At this point the garments are checked again, folded, sorted and counted. Small run jobs may be packed as a single bundle, while larger orders are split into labelled cartons for easier handling at schools, offices and event venues. If individual bagging was requested, each item is placed separately before the cartons are sealed.
You may hear that your order is “being packed” or “awaiting final count”. That usually means the print work is done and we are confirming quantities before dispatch. This is especially important for uniform orders, where sizes and names must line up properly, and for event orders where one missing box can delay setup. A quick check at this stage saves time later, and it avoids rework.
Courier dispatch timing across the Free State
When your order is ready for delivery, we hand it to a courier for transport to Bloemfontein, Hamilton, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, Welkom, Bethlehem, Kroonstad, Parys and other destinations nationwide. Dispatch timing depends on when the order clears packing and which collection run is available. Orders leaving for nearby Free State addresses may go out faster than national shipments, while out of province deliveries can take an extra day or two in transit.
Courier timing can also shift if the order is completed late in the afternoon or if there is a public holiday, heavy rain, road works or load-shedding affecting the final packing window. We always aim to send orders as soon as they are ready, but the safest way to plan is to allow a little margin before your event date. If you need shirts for a school fun day or a company launch, place the order early enough for print, packing and courier handover.
What details help us find your order faster
When you send an enquiry, a few details make the check much quicker. We can then confirm whether the job is still in production, already packed or with the courier. If you are following up on a batch order, it also helps us see whether the artwork was approved and whether any size changes were made before printing. Clear information avoids back-and-forth and gives you a straight answer.
- Your full name and business or school name
- Order number or invoice reference
- Number of garments ordered
- Delivery town or collection area
- Any deadline for an event, match or staff issue
If you ordered through one of our team members such as Lerato, Sibusiso, Annelise, Kagiso, Nokuthula or Willem, mention that as well. It helps us pull up the right job much faster, especially when there are several similar orders on the go at once.
If your order is taking longer than expected
Sometimes a job takes longer than planned because of size changes, artwork corrections, a delayed stock check, or a larger than usual print queue. During busy periods we may also be balancing several school, sports and corporate orders at once. If that happens, we will let you know where the order stands and what the next step is.
If you are checking for a deadline, ask us to confirm the current stage and the expected courier date. We can then tell you whether the order is still on track or whether there is a risk of missing your target. For urgent jobs, it is always better to ask early rather than wait until the last day. That gives us room to adjust packing or dispatch if needed.
