How repeat orders work for your garment line
If you ordered from us before, repeating it is usually quicker than starting from scratch. We can work from your earlier garment line, then update the quantity, delivery date, size mix or print details as needed. That helps when a school needs another batch for a second term, or a company needs more uniforms before a busy period.
For repeat work, we check the previous setup, confirm the garment type and make sure the artwork still matches the print method used last time. If your team changed colours, names or sizes, tell us early so we can price it properly and avoid delays.
- Use the enquiry form on our contact page to request a repeat order
- Include the previous order date if you have it
- Tell us what must stay the same and what must change
- Let us know if the delivery address is still the same
What to include when you send a reorder request
The more detail you send, the faster we can quote and schedule production. Even if you do not have the original invoice on hand, a short note with the old garment type, print position and new quantity is enough to get things moving.
Please include any changes that affect the job, such as fresh names, extra sizes or a different event date. If the order is for Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu or further afield like Welkom or Bethlehem, we will also factor in courier lead time so the order arrives when you need it.
- Garment type and colour
- Print size, placement and number of colours
- Updated quantity per size
- Required date or event date
- Delivery town or collection preference
When repeat orders are the best option
Repeat orders suit customers who want consistency. Schools often need the same sports shirt or staff shirt every term. Businesses use repeat orders for uniforms when new staff join, and event organisers come back for a fresh run when an annual date comes around again.
It also helps when you need a few more items to top up an existing batch. If the original order was for 30 shirts and you now need 12 more, we can keep the look aligned as closely as possible. That matters when a brand needs the same colour, same placement and same finish across every batch, otherwise the set can look uneven.
- School apparel with the same house or team colours
- Uniform printing for new employees or seasonal staff
- Event shirt printing for annual launches, runs or fundraisers
- Sportswear printing for clubs replacing worn items
Artwork checks and colour matching on repeat runs
Sometimes the garment is the same but the artwork needs a small update. A new sponsor, a changed phone number or a different year on the design can all be adjusted before printing. Our artwork coordinator checks the file setup so the repeat order stays clean and ready for production.
We also inspect colour matching where possible, because screen printing can shift slightly if the garment shade changes or if the original cloth is no longer available. In summer humidity along the Free State side, storage and handling matter too, so we keep an eye on the print prep and drying stages to avoid issues like soft edges or a patchy finish.
Lead times, load-shedding and delivery planning
Repeat orders are still subject to production time, drying time and courier schedules. If you need the garments for a match, staff rollout or school event, it is best to place the request early. Load-shedding can affect timing on some days, so we build in practical buffers where needed.
For couriered orders across South Africa, we pack and dispatch from Hamilton, Bloemfontein, with delivery arranged to your chosen address. Smaller repeat orders may move faster than large bulk runs, but exact timing depends on the item count, print colours and whether the garments need to be sourced again. A quick enquiry helps us confirm the next step without guesswork.
- Send your request as soon as the repeat order is confirmed
- Tell us if the job is urgent or date-driven
- Check whether the old sizes still apply
- Ask about courier timing for out of town delivery
Keeping repeat orders consistent over time
Over several seasons, repeat orders can drift if details are not captured properly. To prevent that, we keep notes on print placement, size sorting, bagging and dispatch details where possible. That makes it easier to repeat the same garment line later, even if the order comes months after the first one.
Clients from Parys, Kroonstad and the wider Free State often use repeat orders for ongoing projects where the look must stay steady from one batch to the next. If you want the same feel as before, mention that in your enquiry and we will work from the previous order records we have on file.
